• Use Chatrix for any illegal activity
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform
• Spam other users with unsolicited messages or promotions
• Record or redistribute video chat sessions without the other party's consent

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

5. Coins & Payments

Coins purchased on Chatrix are virtual currency with no real-world monetary value and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. All purchases are final. We reserve the right to modify coin pricing and packages at any time.

6. Premium Membership

Premium memberships grant access to additional features as described on the Coins page. Chatrix reserves the right to modify, add, or remove premium features with reasonable notice.

7. Content & Conduct

Chatrix does not pre-screen user interactions. We rely on community reporting and automated tools to enforce our guidelines. If you encounter inappropriate behavior, please use the in-chat report button or visit our Report Abuse page.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Chatrix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time via the Settings page.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
