Use this form to report a user or content that violates our community guidelines. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team. You can also email us directly at support@chatrix.site.

By submitting this report, you confirm that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge. False reports may result in action against your own account.

What happens after you report

  1. Your report goes straight to our moderation team, together with any automated flags from that session.
  2. We review the reported account and the details you gave us, usually within 24 hours.
  3. Confirmed violations lead to a warning, a 30-day suspension, or a permanent ban, under our three-strike system.
  4. We never tell the reported person who reported them.

If you're in danger

If someone threatens you or you believe a person is at risk of harm, contact your local emergency services first. If a call involves a minor or child sexual abuse material, also report it to the NCMEC CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org).
