Didn't get the email?

• Check your spam or promotions folder — the email comes from no-reply@chatrix.site.
• Make sure you entered the same email address you used to sign up.
• Signed up with Google or Facebook? You don't have a Chatrix password — just use that button on the sign-in page.
• No longer have access to that email inbox? Contact support from an address you can reach, include your Chatrix username, and we'll help verify that the account is yours.
• Each reset link works for one hour after it's sent. If you open it later, simply request a new one using the form above.

Keeping your account secure

Choose a new password of at least eight characters that you don't use on any other website. A password manager can generate and remember a strong, unique one for you. Chatrix staff will never ask for your password by email, chat, or video call — if someone does, report it.
